Booking & Payment

By booking a stay with InStyle Getaways, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

 

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment submits a reservation request; if the requested dates/unit are not available, we will offer alternative dates/resorts or issue a full refund.

To proceed with a booking, guest(s) must complete and sign the required Rental Waiver.

After the Rental Waiver is signed, full payment is required at checkout to submit your reservation request.

Your total price may include resort-imposed taxes and fees that vary by location, dates, and resort policies.

Resort-imposed taxes and fees are determined by the resort jurisdiction and may change; InStyle Getaways does not control these amounts.

Once payment is received, InStyle Getaways will arrange the reservation through the resort and book the stay under the guest(s) name within 24 hours after payment is received and required guest(s) details are provided (legal name as shown on ID, email address, and travel dates).

After booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email from InStyle Getaways at bookings@instylegetaways.com with all reservation details, check-in instructions, and our cancellation policy. The resort's reservation system may send automated communications (such as check-in reminders or resort information). These are standard for all reservations processed through the resort's platform. All booking support, questions, changes, and cancellations must be directed to InStyle Getaways ONLY at (943) 281-4346 or bookings@instylegetaways.com.

Guests should expect the resort to place a temporary authorization/hold on a credit or debit card at check-in for incidentals/security deposit, similar to most hotels. InStyle Getaways does not charge or collect this hold. It is placed by the resort at check-in. Release timing varies by resort and your bank (and is typically released if no damages or extra charges occur).

Please ensure your email address is accurate and check spam/junk folders for confirmation emails.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to InStyle Getaways (email is acceptable).

 

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancellations requested at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • No refund for cancellations requested within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.

  • No-shows, early departures, and unused nights are non-refundable.

If eligible, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by Stripe/PayPal/Klarna/Afterpay and your financial institution.

Buy Now, Pay Later payments (PayPal Pay Later, Klarna, Afterpay) do not change refund eligibility under this policy.

 

If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Important Notice:

Your stay is arranged by InStyle Getaways using our private owner access and is booked under the guest(s) name. 

 

The resorts confirmation emails may display general cancellation language or options that do not reflect the terms of your purchase between you and InStyle Getaways.

 

All changes, cancellations, and refund requests must be submitted directly to InStyle Getaways and are subject to the

Cancellation & Refund Policy stated on this page.

 

Cancellations requested at least 7 days before check-in is eligible for a full refund; cancellations requested within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. 

If you have an issue, please contact InStyle Getaways first so we can resolve it. Filing a payment dispute/chargeback does not override these Terms & Conditions.

If you have questions about your reservation, please contact InStyle Getaways before taking any action.

 

House Rules

 

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests and respect for the property:

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted as required by the ADA. Guest(s) must notify us in advance if they will be traveling with a service animal. 

  • Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA and are not permitted.

  • No parties or events. Occupancy limits must be followed.

 

  • Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Incidentals/Security Deposit Hold: The resort may place a temporary authorization/hold on a debit or credit card at check-in for incidentals/damages. InStyle Getaways does not charge or control this hold.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 

Liability 

 

InStyle Getaways is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises during the stay.

InStyle Getaways is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the resort/property, its staff, or other third-party providers.

Guests must comply with all resort/property rules and check-in and check-out requirements. The resort/property may refuse entry or remove guests for policy violations; in such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to this policy.

 

Guests agree to use the premises at their own risk.

 

Privacy

 

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through booking (such as your name, phone number, or email address) is used solely for managing your reservation (for example, payment processors and the resort/property) or comply with legal obligations.
